We were told that one of our options was to have them introduce new legislation to undo the harm to homeowner from this bill. What??? We told them we'd prefer for them to simply do a "carve out", remove homeowners from the bill, before it is passed. It will take a huge effort to introduce and pass new legislation. No, they’re not thinking. And they should certainly know better than to “broad brush” any legislation.

Not just the people trying to sell their own property (many do have more than one) but the people that cannot qualify for loans, the Lenders that already have an excess of foreclosed properties and the builder that are wanting to and starting to build again when there is an over inventory already on the market. WHAT ARE THEY THINKING OR ARE THEY!!!!!! Martin Once again the Government BROAD BRUSHES a policy without considering whole the impact on everyone.
