  1. OMG – she’s as anal as I am, but with more research. I NEVER use paper towels. Should I? Living in a desert (Australia) where water restrictions are a way of life, I often think water is a bigger deal than energy. Of course, living in Australia where we burn nasty coal to create electricity and have a pretty hopeless green energy policy, I KNOW energy is a big deal.

    My elephant is air travel as well. Can I walk home from Scotland? I may need to let Frank buy that yacht after all….

    Fantastic video – thank God I didn’t see it before renovating our house. (For the record, we reused absolutely everything we could so we pat ourselves on the back for that one.)
